Author Guidelines

The International Journal of Innovation in Electronics and Computer Information Technology (IJIE-CIT) welcomes high-quality original research articles, review papers, technical notes, and case studies in the fields of electronics, computer science, and information technology. Authors are requested to carefully follow the guidelines below to ensure smooth review and publication.

1. Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.

  • The paper should be prepared in IEEE format (two-column template).

  • The manuscript should include:

    • Title of the Paper

    • Author(s) Name, Affiliation, Email ID

    • Abstract (150–250 words)

    • Keywords (4–6 keywords)

    • Introduction

    • Literature Review (if applicable)

    • Methodology / Proposed Work

    • Results and Discussion

    • Conclusion

    • Acknowledgment (if any)

    • References

  • All figures, tables, and equations must be properly numbered and cited in the text.

  • References must follow IEEE citation style.

2. Scope of Submission

The journal accepts original contributions in (but not limited to):

  • Electronics & Communication Engineering

  • Embedded Systems & VLSI

  • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

  • Computer Networks & Cybersecurity

  • Internet of Things (IoT)

  • Cloud Computing

  • Data Science & Big Data Analytics

  • Robotics & Automation

  • Signal & Image Processing

  • Software Engineering & Information Systems

3. Submission Process

  • Authors must submit manuscripts in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format.

  • Submissions should be made through the journal’s official email or online submission system.

  • The manuscript must not be under consideration in any other journal or conference.

  • A plagiarism similarity index below 10% is recommended.

4. Peer Review Process

  • IJIE-CIT follows a double-blind peer review process.

  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two expert reviewers.

  • Review decisions may include:

    • Accepted

    • Minor Revision

    • Major Revision

    • Rejected

  • The editorial board’s decision is final.

5. Publication Ethics

  • Authors must ensure originality of work.

  • Proper citation of prior work is mandatory.

  • Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical research practice will lead to rejection.

  • Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest.

6. Copyright & Licensing

  • Upon acceptance, authors may be required to submit a copyright form.

  • The journal promotes open access dissemination of published research.

7. Article Processing Charges (If Applicable)

  • Details regarding publication fees (if any) will be communicated after acceptance.

  • There are no submission charges.
