Abstract

This research paper examines the role of education as a catalyst for promoting social equality and building inclusive societies. Education is widely recognized as a fundamental instrument for reducing inequality, empowering marginalized groups, and fostering social cohesion. The study explores how access to quality education influences social mobility, civic participation, and inclusion. It analyzes the relationship between educational systems, social structures, and equality outcomes. A sociodevelopmental perspective is adopted to assess both opportunities and challenges within educational frameworks. The paper highlights structural barriers such as unequal access, quality gaps, and digital divides. Findings emphasize that inclusive education policies contribute to equitable social development. Policy implications for strengthening education systems are discussed. The study contributes to debates on education, equality, and inclusive growth.
