Abstract

The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Twin technologies is transforming enterprise workforce management through predictive analytics, simulation, and intelligent decision-making. This research explores an AI-driven Workforce Digital Twin approach for enhancing talent optimization, workforce planning, and organizational agility. Using secondary analysis, the study examines AI capabilities, workforce modelling approaches, and implementation challenges. The proposed framework integrates workforce data, AI intelligence, and digital simulation to support strategic decisions, enabling future enterprises to achieve adaptive, efficient, and intelligent workforce management.
